Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
Online Return Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order fulfillment date.
Products must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be provided.
Items marked as personalized, custom, final sale, gift cards, or damaged/worn items are not eligible for returns.
Holiday/Seasonal, Jewelry, Home Fragrance, Spa, Bath & Body Products, and Food Items are all sales final.
Customer is responsible for return or exchange shipping, and or lost returns.
A refund or store credit will be issued within 48 hours of return item being received and restocked.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at xxx and send your item to: xxx
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 20th and December 31 are eligible for a holiday return window. These items may be returned until January 31st. Items marked as Final Sale or BOGO items are not eligible for returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
